As most of you have learned, we now have new due dates for anyone living outside of the town of Spencer!  Everyone's bill is due on the 10th of the month!

Along with the new due dates, we also have changed our disconnect policy.  Your bill is due on the 10th of the month.  If your ENTIRE balance is NOT paid by 5pm on the 17th of the month, you will be disconnected the next business day.  PLEASE call our office if you have any questions.
